I've ridden the subway my entire life.
Any who are repulsed by the idea of
traveling underground are fools.
No traffic delays.
Warmer in the winter.
Cooler most of the summer.
In my youth this city was a bit downtrodden.
Bankrupt, abandoned, and dangerous,
the late seventies and early eighties were quite amazing.
Today the trains are clean and run smoothly.
Proof that even in New York,
things have actually gotten better.
Let's go for a ride....
