Talk about swag...
We purchased and closed on The Passion Pit December 28th, 2012.
Now that the house is nearly complete,
it's hard to realize just how different two years makes.
So, I threw in a few "befores" taken prior to closing.
Suddenly all the hard work, perseverence, investment,
and emotion seems all worth while.
What was once a diamond in the rough is now a beautiful home.
What better Christmas present could there be?!
